Projekt „BWE — Bildungspersonal im Wandel durch Europa“
Berufsschullehrkräfte des größten Oberstufenzentrum Berlins und Europas (OSZ Handel I) reisten im Februar 2009 für eine Woche nach Sevilla und besuchten dort Agenturen, Fachschulen und Unternehmen, die ebenfalls an dem Programm für lebenslanges Lernen beteiligt sind.
Hierbei lernten die teilnehmenden Lehrkräfte ein anderes europäisches Bildungssystem/ Ausbildungssystem aus nächster Nähe kennen und erhielten dadurch einen unmittelbaren Vergleich zu den eigenen Lehrmethoden und -zielen. Dadurch konnten neue Ideen und Ziele zur Verbesserung der existierenden Lernkompetenzen erreicht werden, vor allem im Hinblick auf die Förderung der Qualität, Ausweitung und des Umfangs der europaweiten Mobilität der in der beruflichen Erstausbildung und Weiterbildung Beschäftigten.
Die Agentur DABAI agierte im Rahmen dieses Projektes als organisatorischer Koordinator.
Project „BWE - Education Staff
active in Europe“
In February 2009, Vocational School Teachers of the largest professional school in Berlin and Europe (Oberstufenzentrum Handel 1) travelled to Seville in southern Spain for one week in order to visit professional schools, enterprises and agencies which are involved in the Lifelong Learning Programme.
The aim of this project is to allow the educators to get an overview of a foreign European educational training system and to contrast it to their own in terms of teaching methods and learning targets.
This contrast will impulse the interchange of ideas and best practices between teachers, enhance their existent competences and particularly set the fundaments of a future training experience of their students in other countries.
DABAI acts as the project coordinator and also organises the stage schedule.
Proyecto „BWE – Docentes en activo por Europa“
Un grupo de docentes del centro de formación profesional más grande de Berlín y de Europa, Oberstufenzentrum Berlin (OSZ Handel I), viajaron en febrero de 2009 durante una semana a Sevilla. Visitaron una de nuestras agencias asociadas, varios centros de Formación Profesional y diferentes empresas, todas ellas colaboradoras del Programa de Aprendizaje Permanente en Andalucía.
El objetivo de éste programa es el de ofrecer a los/las docentes alemanes la posibilidad de conocer de cerca el sistema de enseñanza español, comparar sus metodologías y metas, así como intercambiar experiencias, nuevas ideas y conceptos actuales de interés. De ésta manera, se pretende fomentar la calidad y cantidad de las futuras estancias de movilidad de los/las participantes aún en formación.
La agencia DABAI, junto al centro de Formación Profesional Oberstufenzentrum Berlin (OSZ Handel I), organizan y coordinan el proyecto BWE.
